"My Very First Week My Car Got Stolen , Ask for Video Surveillance For The Police & Never Received It. Also Was Told The Pool Was Suppose to be open Monday- Friday from 10-6 they rarely open the pool for the kids to enjoy. My car was recently (last night) broke into but there are no cameras in the back where I stay and no security patrolling to make sure our cars are safe at night. My toilet has been down for 2 weeks so we are down to one bathroom in my home they took forever to change the air filter in my hallway. These apartments needs security to protect our cars better maintenance men that will actually come and fix things in the home. I also get calls from the office about my kids playing outside but my kids are not the only kids in the building , & I know for a fact my kids be in the house . I WILL NOT BE RENEWING MY LEASE AND REFUSE TO REFER ANYONE TO THESE APARTMENTS."

Having lived at Autumn Ridge for 12 years, I can confidently say that the current staff is the best I've ever experienced. Prompt repairs are always a top priority for them."

"Sonnie helped make our move in smooth and easy for us. She’s very sweet and does a great job at her job. The neighbors so far are considerate, our neighbor went out of their way to tell us a package was outside for us since the delivery man didn’t knock and they also offered help when we first moved in. Everyone seems to be quiet, nothing suspicious, the only noise you’ll get is kids playing of course or the other complex next door from time to time. You don’t hear through the walls too much which is a plus. There’s plenty of space in the apartment for the price. The only downside is the apartment needed to be cleaned a little more throughly, but that’s a small thing compared to all the good so far :)"

"I absolutely love the apartment I'm in, it's so spacious. The community is quiet and small which is what I'm grateful for. Ms.Ruth & Sonnie are great. Maintenance is fast. No bugs or insects this far, pest control is on point also. I would give my apartment a 8.7 out of 10. The only con is parking is very limited and my apartment was not thoroughly cleaned upon move in. I had to DEEP DEEP clean alot of the appliances, baseboards, cabinets, & bathrooms. I am grateful utilities are included in the rent. Overall my experience thus far is great, love it over here."
