"Office management are scammers!!! Let me tell you something I moved out in 2022. They lied to me like I owed an extra $250 an attorney's fees for my late rent when I called the court there was no filing for me so I told the office I'm not paying an extra $250 come to find out the lady slams the door in my face and says I'm not accepting your money order and that's when I knew it was personal and she wanted the money to either get her nails done or her hair done... I was apologized to by the district manager and finish my lease out. But the apartments are leaky and low maintenance I won't recommend for a comfortable living situation."

"Back again to say DO NOT MOVE HERE. Management is shot, maintenance is shot, then they want to jack up the rent like these apartments aren’t infested with roaches. They will spring random fees at you to compensate for all the tenants that are just up and leaving."

"Nice location is all I have good to say about these apartments. Close to my workplace! If it wasn't for short notice of work time I'd definitely would have chosen something else. The staff is no help! I have been trying to setup my online resident portal because they don't give receipts and the information that was given to me to setup my account keep saying contact leasing office and I have but get no help. Not to mention when I moved into my apartment there was several discrepancies that was addressed that was supposed to be corrected and have yet to be. POTENTIAL TENTANTS BEWARE & LOOK ELSEWHERE! Let this be your last resort."

"I moved in my apartment in February. The started to have rats problems in July . I had 2 rats in my apartment. One died and the other one was in there until I moved out the next year . They didn’t try do anything about it besides call pest control. Then my dish washer only worked the first 4 months of me living there. Maintenance didn’t care to come fix it. If it’s was not major they didn’t care"
