"would be nice if you could answer the phone. been calling since friday (i saw on the website you were closed over the weekend and didn't call) like 5 different phone numbers and they all ring and give me a robot that hangs up at the end? you have very good options and layouts but what good is that if we can't even reach you to even talk about getting a apartment"

"They never answer the phone during business hours to let people know if they have available units or not. It's always ringing then going to voicemail. And online it's saying contact the office and not even showing if units are available or not! I've always had a very hard time getting into contact with the people at the office."

"They charge you for EVERYTHING I mean EVERYTHING. They are owned by lawyers so they will get you out of all your money. The inside is made of wood and they still haven’t fixed what was supposed to be done when I first moved in. The only good thing about the apartment is that it is quite."

"From looking at the reviews I'm suspecting we are not talking about the same place. I signed a 12 month lease but lived there 3 months.I was drawn there because the elementary school was next door to the apartment and was very convenient for me to walk my daughters to school. I constantly complained to Lela, maintenance and corporate about the bad leak in my apartment.My windows in my livingroom leaked rain water everytime it rained. Maintenance added foam to the windows to hopefully stop it but was unsuccessful.Then I was told to keep placing towels to catch the water.The seal around the wood buckled so bad it got worse. It was mold everywhere and I had to constantly shampoo my own carpet to keep it clean and keep the bad odor down. The backdoor is in your kitchen.The door is very flimsy and unstable. The patio door is in the back as well.That patio door even the intrusion bar down it doesn't help. Both doors someone broke into my apartment easily and took all my electronics in broad DAYLIGHT.The lighting is horrible at night and security is a joke. I hated coming home from work to a bunch of men loitering around outside my apartment. I feared for my safety with my two small girls. The majority over there didn't work so they stood outside watching and breaking into people apartments.Two women were raped over there.Alot of drug traffic being held. I was terrified as to them plotting to attack me with my girls.The list goes on and on. Of course THEY WOULD NOT let me out my lease. I decided to move and pay rent at both apartments just to get away from it all."

"I lived there for two years, 2013-2015. If my job didn't move me to Texas then I would still be there. Its quite and the staff really is prompt about handling issues. Anytime I've needed maintenance they responed quickly and took care of the problem. Ms. Lela is nice and she helps things run smoothly. I'd recommend the Glens Townhomes to ANYONE!"
