"I can rate it 1 star but I live over there 2 years was in needed for a place to stay with my kids contact them they had a 3 bedroom available for me so when it was ready I ask to view the apartment but I had to sign my lease before viewing the apartment I never heard of dat before sign lease them see the apartment so I did and it was the worst mistake I ever did when I got my keys went to see my apartment I had nets all over my apartment which they did call me back ask me can I move in the next week because the apartment still had nets I told them I couldn’t do that because I had everything scheduled for me to be move in so when I got in there I treated the net problem myself don’t get me wrong I love my apartment until I start having problems after problems I was dealing with leaks after leaks I had growing mode around my tub dishwasher did not work since I move in some of my plugs did not work my air and heat kept going out and when u call to tell them come fix it it be days when they come and then they half fix it and patch things up like it’s fix have bad attitude when u call to the office and tell them what’s going on like they get tired of u complaining well u wouldn’t if they fix stuff right one day I sat my trash by my door ran back in to get the rest of my trash next day the email me saying I had a 50 dollars trash fee for leaving my trash out front I guess they came by and snap a picture y I was in the house getting my other trash together to take to the trash can and I told them and I still had to pay and the rent was to high over there for them apartment to not be updated with appliances they only good thing I like about been over there that it was quiet on my end and I never had a break in over there everything I hated over there I move out last year November 22,2003"

"I don't know why the reviews are so bad. Maybe there's a problem building, but I've had nothing but good experiences here. I've been here about 2 months now, and I've had a few plumbing issues and some roaches in my kitchen, and maintenence and pest control have been at my door no less than 12 hours after I put in the request. The maintenance guy who usually takes care of my requests is very respectful and efficient, he's always prepared and resolves the issue right away. Mady at the front desk was my contact through the whole application and move in, and she's been super helpful the whole process. There's no hidden fees and the pricing is very reasonable for the amazing apartment I got! It's very quiet here and so far completely safe. The dumpsters can get a little overfilled and gross, but where don't they, you know? Humans will be humaning no matter where you go. I haven't really had a single problem so far, and this is my first apartment so I'm really relieved I waited until I found this. It's a great central location for people who don't want to live in Memphis proper but also don't want to drive hours to get there. There's a Walmart and Walgreens that you can walk to, and gas stations and pretty much everything else right down the street. Food delivery is fast af. The buildings are spaced nicely so you don't have someone right across from your windows, it's mostly trees. (granted, I do live on the 3rd floor) The grounds are pretty well kept up, and both laundry rooms work, although the exercise facility is closed atm. Overall, this is honestly as good as it sounded, and I thought it was too good to be true!"

"This place was horrible, everywhere with the bugs, rats and lizards , when I got that apartment the refrigerator never work and every time when I called the office nobody cares about it and finally they fixed it after two months, and I spent all that time without refrigerator, the maintenance was so bad and unprofessional. They just take a lot of money, and they charge a lot of money for water bill, this apartment is full of thieves, I was a victim of theft, when I came back from work I found my front door open, thieves broke my door and stole my important things from my apartment, really crazy! the police never found these thieves. Do not choose this place because it is insecure."

"This is the most most nastiest, unorganized, deceiving, loud apartments I have EVER lived at. Every morning they are blowing leaves, they more worried about your car having tags on them then cleaning up the place. They ONLY care about the very front of the apartment complex and not the back . I had I leak in my roof but it never got fixed, the doors are weak and can be easily broken into. The whole apartment complex smells like the dumpsters outside, they give us a curfew on how loud we can be but wake us up with leave blowers most mornings, small, no counter space , your paying almost 1,000 for a box that’s broken , they have a unnecessary trash fee, they more worried about your trash then fixing things which is sad."
