"Firstly, subtract a star. Now that we’ve done that: I have a friend who resided at this complex and was taken to court twice due to false accusation of lack of payment. Although, She actually has receipts, she was wrongfully evicted without notice and had items damaged and medication stolen from her. Now, she has to await trial where I hope she will get the ruling she desires. It’s already tough to get housing here due to all of the qualifications and to have such incompetent managers and or office personnel doesn’t make that any easier. To my knowledge, their payment methods will change up at any given time. So, I advise against moving there. Lastly, the crime is quite high. It is not an exactly peaceful area to live in, especially if you have children who like to be outside. She has had neighbors pull knives because they were making a disturbance and people have been shot there on several occasions. I’d suggest this be a last of the last resort. Good day. "Put order in on Sunday Aug 6th, on Monday the 7th Had door open , with screen door locked cause it was hot. I walked into hall to get a towel I had no shirt on and the maintenance man was standing in my living room, he didn’t knock nor let us know he was in my home. I’ve never had that happen, been here almost 2 years, rent on time don’t bother anyone. There was no text to let me know anyone was coming."
