"Salem Manor Apartments is not a good place to stay anymore. There are a lot of repairs that need to be done. All they do is take rent and cut grass. People that own these apartments not fixing anything but the empty apartments."

"I never had a problem with having to wait a long time for repairs. If there was an issue, I would call the office, and maintenance would come evaluate, gather what's needed and repair. The office staff was friendly yet professional. Having multiple skeletal issues and a 52 yrs old double amputee, quadriplegic son, I explain to the manager my reason for moving and she was understanding and wished us well."
"Worst place ever. Poor management in the front office. My A/C been out 3 days , and still management hasn’t sent anyone worth capable of fixing it. Only 2 eyes on my stove works, I’ve been asking for a new stove for a year now."
