"These are brick apartments build a while ago, with brick walls and wind out windows. Air units are needed because they aren't provided. There is central heat. The breaker runs on a lower frequency so not too many things on at once. There is no room for a dryer and the washer must be drained in the kitchen sink. The walls are made of brick and makes hanging pictures difficult. The stairs are steep so you must be careful going up and down. Maintenance is a little slow. I've never lived in them personally, but several very close family members have. It's quiet for the most part. Convenient to shopping with a car, and the grounds are kept."

"They are very spacious lots of closets. The neighbors are friendly the older ones. What I don’t like is the building is very out of date no air so it gets VERY hot in the summer. Kitchen is very small u need an apartment size stove which was hard for me to find so my regular size stove is sticking out pass the cabinet making the kitchen feel even smaller. The windows and walls are very thin you can hear your neighbors going up the stairs and sometimes it seems like they’re inside your home lol. The parking lot has giant pot holes. The property got sold to Kismet they’re better about fixing things so that’s good."
