"PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE !! I’ve been here for 8 months now i can’t wait for my lease to be up I can’t believe I made it here this far my ac/ heat has been out since I moved in I’ve put out plenty of maintenance orders multiple times they been in my house while I'm not there (due to me working day shift) so called fixing the air everytime they leave it still be out they don’t let me know anything and updates I’d have to call the office to ask what was done bc its still out, I'm hardly home because it's 50-100 degrees in my house depending on the weather outside I don't even feel comfortable being here I’ve even asked to switch units they just kept telling me they are going to fix my current unit I’ve lost so many items due to the extreme heat in my house I’ve told them said they were going to fix it and brung me a window fan but it barely blows cool air mostly heat so i don’t use it."

"I moved here in October & the experience has been pretty much decent & okay! The apts are pretty decent, but can just use a little more thorough type of cleaning(although the new groundsman does an awesome job & is very consistent through out the day & he is a very nice guy) & especially around the garbage area & within the gate!...However it's no one but the tenants who are treating this area as such & are not watching or caring how they are dumping the trash! This is something that I really wish they'd get stricter with & enforce, by viewing the cameras every now & then & seeing how some tenants are treating the property & seeing how many of them are violating their lease! There are many who are even leaving garbage & all sorts of trash & junk(patio) on their front porches & it's overlooked!...The mailboxes need to be replaced, along with repaired security door! Again it's pretty decent, & clean! I would like to know & see that they have gotten another security guard(s) on the premises! Also please be aware the apt might be "move in ready" but it will definitely not be ready lol! There are going to be a heck lot of things needing to be done, but the maintenance crew is usually on it & will get to those things for sure!..They are helpful & will even help you with small courtesy like things! Mr. Street is awesome, very nice & professional! He gets everything done that I need, when it's him that gets to my unit! A very smart young man! Complex, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, do a thorough check off before moving people in the units, because some things can cause you all to be in a serious litigation, regardless of what's in the lease! My unit had an empty extinguisher(no excuse), water wasn't on & no security patio bar, even though the propery manager at the time actually told me that she was going to check this unti on the next day(at that time)! Reasons for me saying they don't be actually "move in ready"! Since Dewanda has came along, she has been the same with me everytime! She has took care of LITERALLY EVERYTHING that I asked of her, as it was something that was beyond ridiculous! Even when I was very frustrated & highly upset one day before moving in while speaking with her, I did not have the correct tone of voice & couldn't control my frustration, she handled me gently & assured me that everything would flow & be okay, once the PM had arrived back from court! It was always the PM that didn't communicate as should! Dewanda was the one who had always given the most welcoming spirit over the phone & whenever you came in! It is not bad here!"

"This is the worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. There are constant shootings in the area and inside the apartments. There are break ins in cars and security even shot himself outside my apartment. The apartments do nothing !! Don’t bring your children in these apartments !!! I absolutely do not recommend. The apartments are outdated. The management constantly changes. I have had nothing but problems since living here. Don’t move here."

"Please reconsider getting a unit here. This is not a home. This is a hell. the amount of hoops you have to go through to get maintenance to get anything done for you is ridiculous, not even that they want to put liability on you for things of their fault and negligence you have to stay on top of them. These people are crooks, Shiesty, and unprofessional, basically the black uncle toms are robbing the poor. if you have to please thoroughly examine your unit, ask question check every detail nook and cranny because these people will lie and say you did the damage that was never here. Please keep your receipts of any money order or online payments you make with them because they will lie and say they never received it. They throw in hidden fees without consulting you on anything regarding fees that are gonna be added to your rent even though you sign a legal binding contract that your rent is going to be sent to this amount once again I can’t explain how regretful I am coming here. Everything is OK when you move in, but the experience is horrible. it all makes sense on why they have do not allow class action lawsuit against them in their policy when signing the contract. I say, sue them individually and please document all that you have updated. Now they allow people with trucks come here and try to take hard working people cars! No type of security anymore and look at all the amenity fees they tried to charge you for mediocre service. But they make sure their tenants don’t have any issues with paying them first via text and email, still can’t respond to get maintenance out here"

"Very untimely and lacking any sense of urgency. I learned of the apartments from an online ad. I saw they had a move in special available. I received a coupon code via email from their website and went to the office to start the process. When I got there the special they had available was not only a different special, but also it clearly stated that it was for the previous month. I asked the Assistant Property manager if this was accurate and she told me and my wife that the WEBSITE was wrong even tho it stated the correct month online. Ridiculous. I thought it was fishy so I called above the apartments and I’m assuming I got in contact with the managers boss. The VERY SAME DAY, I get another call from the property manager saying I could get that special after all. By then I had already lost interest in them due to being shady and unprofessional. We gave them a move in date that was a little over a month out. We moved on through the approval process, which had to be done on paper because their “websites don’t work again” and they approved us “with conditions” together me and my wife make over 6 figures and the rent was 1,050 monthly. What possible conditions were not met? I’m assuming I angered the Management or something because from there we didn’t hear about our apartment being available for months. We also have a family member who lives there, the reason we decided to go with them, but then as if it was a sign, she started having maintenance issues and they DID NOT SEND A MAINTENANCE MAN FOR WEEKS. If I could give 0 stars I would. Throw the whole complex away, with the management."
