"So I’m giving 2 stars because we were needing to move into an apartment in a rush because my husbands job was transferring him, and they got us into an apartment in 2 days but after we moved in things started going down hill. First of all it took a month to get our mailbox keys after repeatedly bugging them about it. We had our only debit cards to our bank account in our mailbox that we couldn’t get into. About 2 months into our stay we had a leak in our extra bathroom. It started off small we put in a maintenance request for that and they came out after it had stopped leaking and said if it starts again let us know. Nothing along the lines of “we’ll get that fixed right away for you”. 3 months later and our apartment almost flooding because the leak got so bad they finally had a construction crew out to fix it. They were great and had it fixed in a day, again after 3 months of continuous calls to the office and maintenance request. There ended up being 7 major pipes bust in our ceiling from the apartment above us. So then from the leak we started having mold growing on our ceiling and in our bathroom cabinet who no one ever came out to look at or show any kind of concern for. It was almost winter and we started running our heat here and there and it started giving out a very bad electrical smell so we immediately stopped running it because we didn’t want a fire starting. No one ever came out to check on it after multiple maintenance request for that as well. We did get a few calls from maintenance saying someone would be out soon that day and no one ever showed up. We went through the whole 2023 winter storm with no heat and sitting in front of a little space heater trying not to freeze, our apartment was reading like 45 to 50 degrees every day. Our master bathroom toilet broke so it wasn’t able to be flushed, was told it would be an easy fix, our maintenance request sat for 2 weeks with them sending no one out to fix that. At the end of our 9 month lease we were told we could transfer to another apartment, had everything ready to go was just waiting on a new lease to get sent to us, well it never got sent. So we went to address the office about not receiving it. They had gone back on everything that we were told by them and said we can’t transfer, and that they would come out and inspect everything, and then decide if it was too much to fix and transfer us or if they thought we should stick it out till they get around to fixing it. Which they said they could not give an estimate on and it could be a lengthy process. We did not feel comfortable signing another lease paying $1250 for rent when our apartment was in that bad of condition, so we ended up deciding to move. This was our first time ever living in an apartment and it was the worst experience ever. I would not move into these apartments ever again. The office staff seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing. They went through multiple management companies while we lived there, that right there is a bad sign, and the maintenance was just non existent. Stay far away…"
"Gene was amazing, let’s start with his greeting me when I walked in, he wasn’t the only one in the office but he was the only one who greeted me and walked over to me! he provided exceptional service! He showed me the apartment and gave me the best decorating ideas! He answered all my questions, told me what was needed when I applied! He laid all fees out and I am overall pleased! I will definitely be back to apply for this beautiful property! Thank you so much Gene!"
