"What can I say about this place that hasn't been already said. This is my first apartment and everyone is great! Besides the train, this complex is a dream. Zach and Nina are both great. Every repair I need Zach has done it within 24 hours. Not only that, but he tuned my guitar. Too kind! Everything is in walking/biking distance making the location great! I could not have chosen a better place."

"Zach is great! If I put in a maintenance request, he usually comes the same day and corrects whatever's going on. He's a very nice, positive person. Nina is great too! She checks in with me often and always has something nice to say. Great property manager!"

"Moved here a little over a year ago from out of state, and just recently signed on for another year. Park Estate has always felt safe, the neighbors are friendly, the grounds are well-kept, maintenance is typically timely (one time they were in our apartment in under 30 minutes on a weekend when our AC had an issue!!) and Chelse, in the leasing office, is always professional and kind. They are pet friendly (for a small fee). The apartments are spacious and were clean and ready on move-in. And being in East Memphis, you have access to anything and everything you could want from a city and the suburbs. Plus, they have security cameras throughout, and frequent community watch/police monitoring. Can’t imagine a better, safer, or more convenient place to rent!"

"I have lived at Park Estate in one of the three bedroom homes for 4 years and counting. Management is accommodating, maintenance addresses requests in a timely manner, and the atmosphere of the complex is safe. Very thankful to live here."

"I stay in the one-bedroom 960 sq ft apartments. I enjoy living here; they are safe, comfortable, spacious, and have a wood fireplace, little balcony, and patio. The downside is that the walls are thin, some parts of the upstairs floors are creaky, and you can hear people moving next door."
