The Highland Meadows Apartments

"I am a tenant here and the management is very rude. They won’t let me break my lease after they put eviction on me, saying I was late on my rent but I have all my receipts of when I make a payment arrangement. It’s been killing and all kind of crazy stuff going on over here, and I have photos to back my words up. They don’t fix anything unless you flirt with them and then half of the maintenance staff are living here just like the security guard. Please don’t move over here it’s black mold on the outside they half fix that the only thing they do is put a new piece of sheet rock to cover it up and keep going like the people living here don’t have kids or little babies over here these people are horrible they only want their money no matter what and how you get it and they won’t work with you at all and they are really quick to put eviction on you because you was late. Something needs to be done asap they shouldn’t do people like that this we have feelings and family"

"I'm a tenant here and I love it. Ms Ann, Ms Pam and all the office staff are sweet. I don't have no problem at all and my issue with my apartment they comes right out. People acting like the office staff doesn't have feelings and talk to people crazy. I love it here and don't plan on moving. Pay your rent, clean up and duh you stay in apartment other tenants can cause bugs and rats. Come see for yourself. I love it here my kids does as well."

"Management are rude, apartments inside and outside is raggedy and not fit to live in.. Have a towing company tow you car for anything. Overlook all the stolen cars and abandonment cars there.Dont fix nothing, tell you someone is coming and they don’t. Send texts to remind you about rent but they rather fix the outside instead of inside"

"I currently live in the highland meadows apartments and they are taking me to court because they didn’t want to fix my air conditioner unit and left me my son and my animal in a hot apartment until I had to stay with my mom. They are not worth living in. They don’t care about the tenants they just want their money. So I got all my paperwork showing they didn’t do their job in a timely manner. I was out of air for a month. Had to call code enforcement on them. They they say if you don’t like their “rules” you can leave. I would not recommend anyone to move here unless it’s your last resort option!!! And any good reviews on here is from the office. Don’t believe them they got more bad reviews than good. And I’m just finding out about them stealing money. Please don’t move here!!!"

"I am currently a resident here, and I just resigned my lease for second time. The staff is great, friendly, and very understanding! Anytime anything needs to be fixed, it's taken care of with-in 24 hrs. When incidents are reported, Security is on top of any problem . I don't know anyone from here, so they have made me feel every welcome and safe! I have no complaints. I plan on staying here for a long while! Thanks Highland Meadows staff and Security!"
