"They really don't want people to live here cause I got an appointment at 12pm with tons of confirmations via text and emails for a tour. Well I am here and no one is in the office. Don't waste your customers time and gas! Just that alone tells you so much about the business and the people here. Update: The leasing agent was notified by maintenance staff that I was there waiting and I was able to get a tour at 1210pm. The 2 bedroom updated apartment looked really nice! Had a really nice view too."

"They have not returned our security deposit. And not because they said we did anything wrong but only because they have refused to answer all emails and calls. They have even ignored our Lawyers letters and e-mails. They are getting retribution for reporting them to the city and suing them for having unlivable conditions."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE. The property manager Sarah is the worst person I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. We have been here for 2 months and the temperature in our apartment hovers between 78 degrees and 82 degrees. Their is no respite from the heat; even when it’s cooler outside the apartment is still hot. We have been putting work orders in for 8 weeks and they always mark them as complete even though nothings ever been worked on. About 50 percent of the building is unoccupied (now we know why) and yet they still wouldn’t accommodate a place with AC. Furthermore, because the buildings so old the fire alarm gets tripped at-least once a week and the whole building gets filled with an alarm and firemen; worst time being 2 am. Their are a plethora of other issues as well; door fell off the closet and hasn’t been fixed; a hole in the drywall they said would be fixed before we moved in; took 6 weeks to get mailbox keys for the apartment; was promised internet was included for a fee but ended up having to get xfinity completely independently even though we’re only here for a short time. Sarah has repeatedly told us she has emailed the regional manager and been ignored (supposedly). It’s so bad we are going to have to get a hotel for our last month here."
