"To preface: I have not lived here, and I don’t plan on it-BUT-Dom, who showed me the apartment, was lovely, so props to him. He tried his best to sell it to me. 1. The outside as you arrive is not as appealing as the photographs. The parking situation looks terrible if you want to have visitors, and honestly doesn’t seem great for you as a tenant-even though you get a personal spot. There is visible rusted and broken exterior fixtures, which is not a good sign that the renovations were done well. There are a bunch of security cameras though, so that’s a pro! 2. As for the inside: the interior pictures you see that the complex has posted make the rooms seem MUCH larger than they are. I am convinced they are lying about the square footage. The renovations look great if you glance over them, but they were clearly hastily done (renter’s special!) and are probably hiding problems that you’ll have to deal with soon after moving in. While I was there a tenant asked about a plumbing issue, and that doesn’t feign well upon a first visit, since typically people who get immediate maintenance don’t have to ask about it. Closet space is very minimal, so good luck if you need space for storage. The apartment I was shown had food residue in the sink and the washing machine had scratches and dents everywhere. I was highly disappointed to say the least-especially at the price point for this place. Again-I cannot emphasize enough I haven’t lived here. But based on my tour, and the fact that they are charging $1065 A MONTH for a 1 bedroom-I wouldn’t do it, and I wouldn’t recommend someone else live there."
