"I lived there about 3 years. I’ve never had a problem as far as my house getting broken into or car being tamper with. It was pretty quiet didn’t much go on to the best of my knowledge. I never had a problem with bugs other than spiders but the pest control would come out and spray pretty often. On to the bad… they don’t fix anything I put in maintenance request after request and still didn’t fix anything. They lied like they came out but really didn’t. There was someone new in the office every week. They tow cars if you don’t have a parking pass. These apartment homes need to be fully remodeled. I had mold all around my tub. They never stopped the leak in the tub. My toilet was down for months I ended up fixing it myself. When it rain heavy rain would come in under my back door(never fixed) house almost caught on fire twice because my oven started over heating(never fixed) they just need new staff to come in and take care of everything make them better to live in."

"DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! These houses need to be bulldozed and rebuilt from scratch and they need to start all the way over with a whole new crew! The customer service is very terrible from the leasing office. They take years to fix anything and by that time everything starts getting bad. The roaches are bad. No matter what u do or how many different products you use to get rid of them they come right back. Electrical sockets spark fire and MOLD grows bad due to bad plumbing and leaks everywhere. They are always closed or either in the office with the doors closed. No one is ever available to assist you with the issues they are supposed to assist with. They will hire anyone to do the maintenance. The maintenance men never fix anything unless it’s something simple because none of them are actual certified maintenance men and don’t know what they are doing. There is always someone new working in the office every week that’s another reason nothing ever gets done. They quit every time they find out what they’re dealing with and how much slack they have to pick up on. Can’t even invite family over or have family functions. They limit who you can have over due to them only giving one visitor pass and towing cars all day long. The houses are just too embarrassing to invite anyone over anyway. It’s definitely not worth what they want for rent."

"It’s terrible. They don’t care about nothing that goes on. Don’t move over because your at risk of loosing you and your families lives. They won’t get security or cameras. The only thing they care about is their property looking good"
