Charging over $3,800 for a 2-bedroom and $5,000 for a 3-bedroom seems like they're using residents to cover their mortgage. Coming from cities where luxurious apartments in prime areas are more reasonably priced, this situation in Memphis is perplexing. The area lacks the appeal of the best neighborhoods, with ongoing construction, abandoned lots, and buildings in disrepair all around. In comparison to more desirable locations, The Landing Residence falls short in both quality and affordability, making it a less-than-ideal choice for those seeking a fair balance between comfort and cost."

"The Landing is the best place to rent an apartment in Memphis. It is worth every dollar for a lot. All is great about this building: well located, wonderful views, friendly management, prompt and efficient maintenance, clean, garage parking, gym, pet spa, bike storage, and much more amenities and services. The garbage truck comes by around 3am every morning and for 15 minutes makes more noise than you could possibly imagine. If you have trouble sleeping, plan to start your days at 3."
