"This company is horrible. You put in an application with them, they take your fee, and then don’t hear anything else from them, whether it was accepted or denied. Never even know who you’re talking to."

"Amanda has always been very helpful at this location. The properties seem to be at least renovated. I called to follow up to be answered by an “Elizabeth” who was extremely rude and not helpful in the application process and hung up in my face and feigned them being busy multiple times. She refused to give her last name and I highly doubt her name is even Elizabeth. Luckily Amanda was able to make up for her poor customer service and rectify the situation for me."

"I currently rent with them, but I really actually like and approve their business. So in general anything MAJOR like when my shower head wouldn’t cut off and water was consistently running, that was treated in 24 hours or less. I did have a time where I wanted something fix but it was really more so because I wasn’t sure if it was mildew or mold. That took about a week, but I think it was because maintenance mixed up my unit, but when they realized it it was fixed within 24 hours. Which again wasn’t major. Now, if you don’t like to text at all this may not be the company for you, but I enjoy knowing we’re all on the same page when I ask questions. Now, they will call if I ask or if it’s really too much to text. So I won’t say you can’t never reach them. The properties look a lot better than other companies. I know they do have a lot of mixed reviews, but you would really have to deal with them on your own, because I genuinely do not have half the issues other reviews half. My story and experience is extremely different and a very pleasant one with them actually."
