"Yes the rooms are updated but the air conditioning system in 32-in televisions have not been updated My room had a huge puddle water between the beds if that's what it was automated check in, kiosk check-in with no security no front desk agent, random woman with master key just randomly entering people's rooms woke me up trying to enter my room and several others until she found one. I made the kiosk person on video from overseas aware of the security breach and she tried to tell me it was a housekeeper checking on rooms. if my security latch was not engaged she would have just come in with some random John entered two other rooms until she found an empty room to complete her date . They didn't seem concerned there's no security no front desk agent Stay away. incomplete upgrades"

"My room was beautiful. My room was clean. There were no cockroaches. My bathroom was so beautiful. It makes me sick to know that there are people who will bring their animals and let their animals destroy hotels. People need to take accountability responsibility for their pets. Don't ruin it for the people who clean up after their dog cats. Don't ruin it for the people who have their dogs in playpens Kennels puppy pads. These are things that you should take with you in order to keep control of your animal. I travel a lot. And I have a small dog. And I think God there are hotels that let me bring him. Please don't ruin it for him. The walls in my room are beautiful as I'm looking out the window I noticed someone before me had let their dog jump up on the wall and did not clean the wall. That is your responsibility not the hotels. The hotel is to make sure that you are taking care of not your animal. People are disgusting. Makes you wonder what their house looks like. I spent the night in downtown Fort Wayne Indiana at the Hilton. And I can tell you right now this room and the hallway going down the hallway was far more cleaner than the Hilton in downtown Fort Wayne.."

"The WORST experience! TERRIBLE is an understatement. I travel the country for work and I’ve stayed in some bad places, but this takes the cake for sure! Terrible check in experience, they use a mix of a real person and a kiosk. (Terribly slow) the hotel just feels dirty. The hallways smell okay but then the rooms smell terrible. Dingy and gross. I went down and asked for some plastic utensils and I was told to go to the hotel next door. No one is at the front desk after hours so you get to talk to someone from god knows where. Out of the hundreds of places I’ve stayed this is the worst and will NEVER stay here again nor will any of the guys that work with me. They lost 5-10 rooms with this terrible system they have. Disgusting really"

"DON'T USE YOUR GPS TO FIND THIS MOTEL! Your GPS will take you to a Super 8 across the highway! This motel is located directly behind, and attached to another hotel, and the lot is not very well marked. Staff was friendly, and our room was on the first floor, with easy access to the pet area. The pet area is very nice, good sized, and completely fenced, with pet waste bags available for those who forget to bring them. There is also plenty of room in the neighborhood to walk, with Casey Jones Village near enough for good dog exercise. The room was clean, but had cockroaches. Upon check out, I waited 20 minutes at the desk for someone to appear, was just about to call when someone finally showed up."
