Econo Lodge Inn & Suites

"This hotel is located on a busy section of the Highway 45 Bypass.The traffic noise is horrendous. The room was dirty and the shower was as well. The sheets were stained with unknown substances. They had obviously not been changed. There were no washcloths. One towel. The tv reception was bad due to bad cable hookups. The stains on the sheets went down through the mattress cover and into the mattress.(See photos). Would you want to sleep on this? Give this one a bye. Do mot try."

"I reserved a room online once I was 15 minutes away. Walked in was told my reservation date was for 2 weeks out. Obviously the date got messed up. I asked to change it. I was passing through and needed it tonight not in 2 weeks. He Refused to change it. Only 20 minutes had passed since I did the reservation. So I asked for a refund since he wouldn’t change reservation date. He refused. He offered my daughter and I a more expensive room at regular price no credit from my paid reservation. Offering a room to which I’d have to pay again and at an even higher rate wasn’t my idea of a solution. My daughter’s husband has just passed away. We aren’t from this area. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this place Econo lodge in Jackson Tennessee nor would I recommend the hotel across the street from it, called Days Inn. They are both owned by the same owner. The Days Inn is in horrible shape. Had I known it was the same owner and that this place is as nasty as it looks I would not have stayed here either. It’s run down smells horrible. Towels are stain"

"We arrived at 2 in the morning to no towels, bathmat or wash clothes. Called the front desk to get some no one answered. We ended up saying screw it and just went to bed. Woke up at 6 am and called again. Still no answer. Ended up walking over to the office. The front desk guy proceeded to argue with me for 5 mins saying there are towels and stuff in your room. He asked me 5 times to follow me back to my room to check. Told him every time no my husband was asleep."

"Just had the worst experience ever. Front desk lying saying there are no 1st floor rooms available. I got my room and went around the hotel and counted over 15 rooms available. They put me in a smoking room and i have asthma. I have video of everything and front desk lady said she doesn’t care about what happens and i need to go somewhere else."

"Yes I got a problem the women that works night or afternoon is very rood and I booked. One room threw price line and they did two rooms and I canceled one and kept one room and did then I called price line and they said that u would not refund me the other room back my wife works at a motel in jackson I know the way things work I've stayed at this place for a wall over all the other places in jackson alot of my has been spent here and I've brought my family here and friends too and when my wife's motel gets full she sends them to here but no more business for this place cause the way I got done u do your customers wrong I'm just gonna cost u a lot of money they goes $1000.00 of dollars going some where else"
