"I stayed at Quality Inn a night and it was ok. The hotel needs some remodeling. This hotel was the only one available so I had to book. Unfortunately the bedding was dirty or stained not really sure. I called the front desk about it and they moved me to another room. Thankfully. It wasn’t such a bad experience, but it would help if it got remodeled. The elevator was beat down so it would need some work possibly not sure."

"Nice remodeled rooms but very very small. Full size beds not queen. Bathroom was also very small. Breakfast ok but not much selection. Cold cereal , instant oatmeal, and hot waffles. Instant coffee and Chef Pierre danish. Rooms have outside doors not inside hallway. Heat in room was hard to control - either too hot or too cool."

"I've definitely had better experiences with Quality Inn. This was the only hotel that answered during a snow/ice storm. I called all of them in the vicinity. Kudos to the young lady, with child, at the front desk. Definitely a dedicated employee. Thank you for coming to work in the mess outside. Her service is a 4. The day worker, not so welcoming. Although she did get me some fresh bread, when I requested it, but she made me wait 15 minutes for it. I requested the bread because the bread that was in the case was hard as a rock. Her service is a 1. I then ate my yogurt, my peanut butter and jelly, and juice. They did have a waffle maker. No other choices. My coffee maker, in the room, didn't work either. (Which is the most important thing for me.) The fridge didn't work. It was pretty warm. The room was worn and the towels dingy, but clean. Rust came from the bath faucet and I felt like I might fall through the bottom. Some outlets didn't work. TV options were limited. On a positive note: My sheets were clean.The pillows and bed were comfy, but the pillows were really small. Glad I was alone No bedbugs (I check for them) Comfy atmosphere and pretty quiet. Heat worked. Most of the staff are friendly. (They are the reason I gave a 3. They compensated for the 1.) No bad smells."

"Terrible place, appalling service and dishonest. Checked in and received on line receipt immediately. 15 minutes later received additional $ 20 charge for a pet. Talked to front desk who said Manager.Mr Patel had to authorise refund. No refund received and on calling again told no refund as we had signed to say we had pet which we did not. Taken up with Guest Relations and Credit Card co. Draw you own conclusions. AVOID?"

"room 125 is clean. bathroom is clean. Bed and pillows are comfortable. The room has a microwave, TV, refrigerator. Large parking lot. I advise. I especially want to write about breakfast: judging by the cars in the parking lot in front of the hotel, there were a lot of visitors. When we entered the breakfast room, there were about 10 people. However, breakfast was cooked for three people - three egg mugs. Everyone wanted to eat, but no one dared. It was a shame to take from the hungry. I travel a lot for work, but this is the first time. I will not forget this city."
