"My daughter stayed there and I visited. Her room was clean, the staff was friendly and it really nice and quiet! I would most certainly stay again!"

"I travel a lot. I put all these reviews to the test. And yes the rooms need to be updated and the fridges and safes pulled out and replaced. They were not the cleanest but you need to remember that you get what you pay for. In this time where everything is over the moon expensive people need to be greatful to have small business like this that are priced for a budge most of us are juggling. There are no bugs!!!!"

"This is the most DISGUSTING place I have ever had to stay in! Roaches everywhere! Everything was very dirty and nasty, with garbage in every corner of the room. People at the front desk, manager included, refused to give me a different room and when I asked for a refund they simply said there was nothing they could do. In every aspect, this is a dangerous place and it is NOT recommended you stay!!!"

"Nope. Don't do it. Everything has been said before in previous reviews. How this place hasn't been shut down by the health department is beyond me. Bedding stained, carpet dirty, and it smelled like weed. Charged me $110. Took one look at the room and promptly demanded a refund. Drove an hour more to Memphis to stay at a Holiday Inn Express for the same price."

"The rooms were absolutely disgusting. I was in it for maybe 45 minutes and the otrociouse smell that was in the room gave me a migraine. My 8 year old daughter opened the mini fridge and it smelled of nasty stagnated beer. The mattress protector was absolutely disgusting. It had grass and black marks all over it. We opened the door to go outside once and had 3 crack heads hanging outside our door. I told them I wanted a refund for my 2 nights and they checked the room for cleanliness and gave me a refund for 1 night but said since the bed wasn't made he was charging me for a 1 night stay, the bed wasn't even made when I got in the room. It was absolutely disgusting. My daughter and I were there long enough to sit down and eat the food we had got a cross the street and decided to make the last 2 hours of our 8 hour trip to my husband. We will NEVER stay here again or recommend to anyone!!! It isn't even a good deal foe the price. It's a complete rip off."
