"My wife and I bought our first Brothers Mattress back in Dec 2023. It was on an adjustable frame and cured by back pain. We bought our second mattress and adjustable frame this week (Feb 2024). We liked the first one so much we upgraded our guest bedroom. We visited the Maryville location both times and had two different sales people. They both showed us and let us try, the mattresses in the showroom and decide the one we liked. They described the different layers of each mattress, quoted prices and helped us decide which one we wanted. There was no pressure to buy, the mattresses sell themselves. They work with one party at a time while encouraging waiting parties to try out the mattresses. We are very happy with our purchases, the sales people and the delivery and set-up people. I recommend Brothers Bedding and Mattress Factory to a friend."

"I want to start by saying Virginia Hall was one of the easiest sales associates to deal with. She was very knowledgeable about all the products that Brothers Bedding sold. We went in looking for a 2 sided mattress only. But once she knew why we were looking she mentioned the adjustable foundation. I am going to have major surgery and I think she was right. "Back in 2017 we purchased two Eloquence model beds from Brothers. Store Manager Mitch Hayes was great to work with... super knowledgeable about the different kinds of mattresses and their construction. And he was generous with his time...no hard sell. Delivery/installation was perfect and on time. The beds have stood the test of time (and body weight) for 7 years and are still in great condition. Today I went into the Bearden store and there was Mitch, still jovial, still generous with his time and explanations. We purchased a mattress for a different bed and look forward to its delivery this coming week."

Diana was very knowledgeable and helpful and showed us a variety of possibilities, (with and without extra toppers) without any high pressure to "up-sell" us. That was greatly appreciated. We ordered it and it arrived a couple days later, even earlier than the scheduled time (they had contacted me first and told of their earlier arrival time). Delivery men were clean and courteous and very helpful getting the new mattress on and wrapping up the old mattress and bringing it to my garage to store.
