"Honestly I feel like it's a good concept. Very poorly executed. I feel like your system needs major improvements. If you're aiming for a good customer experience you need to work on your accepting and selling clothes process. We need to know when exactly to pick up clothes before you just accept to sell them or donate. How much each item is and how much we get a return on *BEFORE* coming into the store. It is not fair to expect anyone to be able to just come back and pick up clothes. Everyone has busy lives, tight schedules, and things come up. If something comes up in my life and I am unable to drive 45 mins back to your shop to see my offer and pick up my clothes, only to find out you already accepted multiple of the items which originally all were well over $100(each) for less than half of that. I understand you feel you reached out multiple times but I do not think a lousy text message saying " your clothes are ready for pick up" and one Voice mail does it justice. There are airlines that go to extreme efforts to return lost items to you - gaining nothing from it. I have read some other reviews and have seen your longer responses back and I don't agree with them. You should be more willing to adapt and change to make the customer experience better. I feel like I lost hundreds of dollars and my time to go there and back- please improve your process."

"Absolutely LOVE this store! I purchased 2 items online recently. A beautiful vintage Coach bag and a Coach wallet. Fast shipping!! The packaging with the wallet delivery was so stinking cute! Both items in pristine condition. When purchasing online, it's important to show all aspects of the item ( inside of the bag, interior of wallet, etc.) This location does a great job of showcasing their items for sale. "This store was huge. Definitely larger than most I’ve been to. Not only was the size of the store big, there was enough inventory to fill it as well. I’ve been looking due a particular brand purse, and I found it here for a fraction of the department store price. It was brand new with tags still on it for $65. If you’re looking for high end brand labels, they have it. If you’re looking for a variety and mixture of styles, this is your Clothes Mentor to visit."

"Love this store! Racks were neat and easy to shop, staff was polite and prices were great! Stopped in hoping to find a piece or two to start a business-casual wardrobe for a new job, and left with shoes, pants, tops and a jumpsuit! Lots of well-organized earrings and cute sunglasses and purses. My newest go-to store."
