"My daughter and I found some good finds here but the employees were very unwelcoming. The first one said to us was “welcome, we close in 30 minutes,” sounding like she did not want us there. I didn’t see a single employee smile and no one offered help. It makes us not want to come back. Being friendly is important and can go a long way as an employee!"

"I came in with three large bags to sell and they told me they could only take two at a time. I had brand knew Eddie Bauer, Oakley, Nike and under armor clothes and they only took 9 items for $29. It’s literally. It worth the hassle to sort through to find stuff to sell rather than donate to goodwill or karm. So some homeless people are going to get my nice clothes instead as I will be taking the rest to a shelter. It also smells like a rotten garage sale in there and looking through everything…. It’s old and ratty and nothing all that nice or worth looking through. Never bothering with Plato’s again."

"Okay so I was taken back by the employees being kinda rude THEN Angie was so nice!! I felt so welcomed by this person. I hope the company sees this and gives this girl a raise!! The rest of the ladies here were not as welcoming or helpful as her! I will come back to see her!"

"Had a LOT of really nice things, mostly from 1 to 2 years ago, but they took nothing because it wasn't the latest season of clothing. (Even though I saw the same type of clothes on display as sellers' choices. What's the point of the trip in?? It's a used clothing store for nice things still in fashion, but not brand new??? They referred me to a different store for older clothes choices... really?! Making someone feel down on themselves much for not being rich and giving the current seasons clothes away?! If I was that rich what's the point in going to a USED clothes store?? I won't make that trip again. It was a waste of time, and gas money!! Sorry, but I won't even shop there now as a result."

"We drove over an hour to sell my husband's (very expensive, name brand, and hardly used) clothes. Frankly I don't think they even looked through the bag. They just told us they can't give us anything because of "stains and wear and tear". But at least half of his clothes were never worn, the rest had only been worn a handful of times. There were no stains, holes, or wrinkles. They said they couldn't take his shoes because they had "a smell". They had never been worn before. Never come to this place, it's a scam."
