"Never stayed here, but have delivered food numerous times to individuals who most definitely were on heroin. This place is such a trash hole, and it is in a terrible area of town if you don’t know Knoxville FYI. Also, bodies are found in rooms at this place. Please do not bring children here."

"I lived there 10 months, although the rooms weren't like the Marriott, they were livable. The manager always checked on me to make sure I was ok because I'm disabled. If needed I'd stay there again"

"Very rude staff. Hotel is infested with roaches and bed bugs. Building is very old, cracking and falling down. No phone in room , no wifi, dirty sheets and towels. Not recommended."

"Severe bedbug problem. The owner was willing to tent us 4 nights for $160 but both rooms were crawling with bedbugs. It was as if the mattresses were stuffed with them. He didn't seem concerned. Bedbugs can transmit aids and hepatitis. I'm sure within the hour he just rented to someone else. Other than that this place is falling apart. Nasty."

"Would say less than one star, unless you are looking to get high and have a chance of being there for the more than weekly police raids for dealers, users, and gross cheap druggie hookers. It would be 5 star location however, if you are in to all the previously mentioned features. The location is great to, if you are looking for illegal activities, or just enjoy people watching, random drug deals, high people all around, and random violence usually with guns. It is probably cheap though, and the management obviously is willing to look the other way for you."
