"It was a bad experience, no hot water dirty place with bad smell my key will always lock me out bad service bad attitude, they thought I checked out and they packed my stuff n clean the room , n when I got my stuff back things were missing my phone chargers my vacuum, some money change missing,ppl screaming at 2 or 3 Am Management poorly customer service , thank you but no thank you."
"..Celling leaking water No working Heat in cold room ...old Dog poop under bed carpet soaking wet from leaky ac unit. Hot and Cold water runs hot no drinking water... neighbors could not access hot water weird ...sink leak ..toilet lose off floor and leaks tub shower didn't work... mildew and matted dirty carpet from water exposure roach infested roach powder everywhere not good for small children and bed bugs.. pray that you get a working room.... check room before you hand over money I asked for a room transfer Tuesday she said it will cost more for a working room. False advertising beware...Tuesday was nice right up until I gave her the money then her attitude changed bitter and hateful.."
"Went there for one day bcuz my power was out....the most roach infested shyt i ever seen in my life. This is terrible!!!! Highly roach infested no house keeping at all."
"When they gave me this room it didn’t have a refrigerator, microwave, nor tv in the room. I also noticed that, the toilet isn’t properly bolted down to the floor and moves when you sit down. Furthermore, there’s no hot water in the bathroom sink. Never again will I ever come back to this hotel again! I called several times for someone to bring me a refrigerator and they all said “I’ll be right there in a few minutes”, They basically lied! This place needs to be bulldozed down."
"Looks like a homeless shelter Roach all over the rooms In The tub. Refrigerator dirty the other not working. Microwave dirty missing glass plate in the bottom. Elevators don't work have to t Use steps. Staircases smell and really nasty and dirty real bad. Not worth the money to stay. They should just offer free rooms at that point"
