Hyatt Place Nashville/Hendersonville

"My husband and I stayed there from January 5th through the 8th of this month and we just checked out today and we really enjoyed our stay and it was our first time staying at a Hyatt Place and the front desk employees were all very nice and accommodating and we got to know a guy named Ray some and he's very nice as well and we will be staying at the location in Knoxville next time. Everything was very clean and we loved our room."

"I was left thoroughly disappointed by my experience. The rooms lacked sufficient closet space and drawers, and despite my expectation of a room with a bathtub, there was none. Furthermore, basic amenities such as a hair dryer, microwave, and even plastic cups were absent. Although I was advised of ongoing renovations during check-in, the noise from power tools and banging made it impossible to rest, despite the work not being near my floor. On a positive note, the staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful. Not worth the $700 dollar amount I’m being charged!!!"

"I like that it's located close to everything yet set back off the main street and it was quiet. When I asked questions at front desk, I was immediately assisted. Breakfast was hot and delicious and the general atmosphere was peaceful, which was welcome after a long day. Definitely stay here again!!"

"Stood 1 night, had a good experience. Just need to work on the eggs otherwise no complaints! Enjoy the lay out of the room. The room was spacious and clean. Beds were clean. Pillows were okay to soft for me. But enjoy the room!"
