The Luxe at Indian Lake Village

"The Luxe is a beautiful place that is well kept, clean, and safe. They have several amenities that made this place stand out. This includes EV chargers, salt-water pool, mini theatre, and sauna. No place is perfect, but The Luxe is close. Here are my pros and cons: Pros: - Very well kept - Extremely clean - Very safe and secure - Many attractive amenities (see their website) - Mark, the manager, is super nice and helpful Cons: - EV Chargers are $0.30/kWh for residents. - There is a $140 mandatory internet, pest, trash, fee package on top of your rent. - Their pricing and availabilities online isn't accurate. You would need to contact someone for the latest information. - Their online application process is a little dated, but it still works. Neutral: - Instead of a security deposit, they use Jetty, which is a nonrefundable payment of ~$97. In summary, the pros definitely outweigh the cons, and the cons aren't even bad. I will update my review as needed, but I hope this place stays good!"

"Undoubtedly the BEST apartment living in Hendersonville. We lived here for the past 2 years, and only left due to our growing family. The location is so convenient, and we always felt very safe. We never had a problem with pests, the amenities are unbeatable, and the property is always well maintained. Mark, the property manager, truly makes an effort to get to know each of the residents and is excellent with correspondence + helping in any way needed. Lance, maintenance, is always quick to respond to any issues and is very kind too. Our toddler loved the pool, as it had the “beach” entrance with shallow water perfect for playing, and we loved being able to use the common area for our gatherings/parties. I 1000% recommend The Luxe to anyone looking for quality and safe living. Thank you for an amazing 2 years!"

"I have lived here for 8 months now and can easily say that this has been the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. It is clean, safe, and in close proximity to so many things. This apartment complex is exceptional because of the people who work here. Mark, the office manager/leasing agent, is communicative and kind. He always says hello to me whenever we see each other and is quick to answer any questions we had both during the move-in process and while being tenants here. Lance, the maintenance person, is so responsive to any service requests that we have. He has always come within 24 hours to fix anything that we need. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment complex to anyone and fully intend on renewing my lease here."

"This is by far the best apartment complex I have ever had the pleasure of living at! The location was great, although a bit noisy if your unit faces the highway side. The appliances, carpeting, paint job, and appearance of my unit were all unmatched. My unit was very clean and felt like home from the start. I had great neighbors on my floor and was very blessed to live in a quiet section of the complex. The management and maintenance were also the best I've experienced. I got to know them on a personal level, which was nice. I have since left the area, but wish almost daily that I hadn't! What I moved into really makes me appreciate what I had at the Luxe even more!"

"We love living at The Luxe apartments. We have lived here for just over 6 months now. The complex is beautifully appointed throughout, and it provides a comfortable and enjoyable lifestyle for us. Our apartment is spacious, and the high ceilings and large windows let in lots of light which make it seem even more expansive. The Gourmet-Style kitchen and spacious bathrooms with their high-end finishes make you feel like you’re living in a 5-Star resort suite. And Sammie, our Property Manager, makes sure everything runs smoothly. Our dog loves it here too. He loves the Pet Spa for his bath, and the attention he gets from the warm and caring community staff, especially Robert, our Maintenance Manager, who always has dog treats in his pockets. There is an extensively equipped Fitness Center, a large Business Center, and a beautiful Pool and Patio area. We also have a spacious and beautifully furnished Community Room that is provided with a state-of-the-art Coffee bar where you can make yourself a hot chocolate, espresso, latte, cappuccino, or just a plain old cup-of-Joe. This convenience alone has saved me at least $300 per month by replacing my Starbuck’s habit. Now that’s convenient, and speaking of convenience, there’s the Streets of Indian Lakes shopping center and the Regal Cinemas 16 within easy walking distance. Plus, there are numerous additional stores and restaurants within a 5-minute drive. And last, but certainly not least, one of the very best things about living at the Luxe is the friendly community of people. You couldn’t ask for a more courteous and neighborly group of people. So, if you are looking for a new apartment home in the Hendersonville area, we can highly recommend The Luxe. It is indeed an exceptional place to call home."
