"I’ve recently moved in to this complex for a 2 bedroom. Love the area of where the point is at. It’s really open and has nice view, The staff here are super nice but moving in was ok The place was kinda clean. The countertop was filthy with grime and the doorknobs as well. The carpet wasn’t vacuumed for long time. Had to empty the vacuum half way through vacuuming the carpet. The bathrooms weren’t cleaned at all where it needed to be cleaned. There was pubic hair in the tubs and toilets from last tenet. Behind the washer/ dryer was the worst … they didn’t clean it at all and there was a tenet boxer left behind… they got it but still didn’t clean the back of the washer even we asked them to clean since it wasn’t from us.The bathroom had a rusty air vent which was 100% orange in rust. The maintenance guys showed up just to spray paint it not replace it.. so, all in all even though we have those complaints, I still love living here but I think they need to pay more attention to those details maybe just spend a little more time before turning over an apartment to new owners ."

We are located close in town to all amenities. The Point has events every month for the residents, which makes it feel like a community where you can get to know your neighbors better."
