"Worst hotel stay in decades. I woke up in the night and tried to get a drink of water. It was piping hot no matter ho long I ran the faucet or which direction I turned it. In the morning there was no hot water for my shower. The pool was closed. The breakfast was poorly stocked as the chocolate milk was sour. All milks were on their last day of expiration and there was no 2% available. Just the watery 1%. When I asked for my bill they gave me an generic room rate copy. When I asked for a bill that showed the total I paid for my room the woman at the desk told me she couldn’t provide it because of how I booked. I hope my work never forces me to stay here again."

"There is no hot water!! “You should have received an email telling you about the issue. I can give you a $30 credit.” The phones don’t work. Press the button for Guest Services and after a series of prerecorded greetings, the phone goes dead. I had to get dressed, go down stairs, to report the problem. They knew about the hot water issue, the website doesn’t tell you it’s an issue, and we never got an email."

"Room was nice. I had to go to my mother’s funeral without a shower. A hotel this new shouldn’t have boiler issues! And not a discount given. My aunt had to be moved 3 times before her room was ok. I’ll stay in goodlettsville from now on. The Marriott there is much better."

"I’d like to start this out by saying the hotel is nice, I have no complaints about the hotel itself but this is my fourth night here and I still have NO COLD WATER. I wasn’t notified of this at check-in either. It is scalding hot water, almost to the point of burning my skin. This issue is persistent with the sink and shower and yes I’m turning the handle to the cold setting, coldest setting in fact. The shower is so insanely hot I can’t even stand in the water. I am not the only guest who has complained and the best they could do was refund me $30 a night. PLEASE be extra cautious when you book here, especially if you will be having children with you."

"The staff were wonderful and so accommodating. Great quiet location. The rooms were clean with great A/C and great water pressure. The breakfast was really good quality with a different hot selection each day. We were disappointed that the pool and hot tub were closed long-term for repair (which is not the fault of the hotel staff). But the AGM kindly gave us a discount to make it up to us. We would definitely stay here again!"
