I can't say nothing negative it was my time to leave the daycare but I still even today would refer kids to go to kids first inc. Mrs Glenda is a sweetheart who loves these kids so much an Kelli would help u an have ur back anytime it's needed. Mersadies is always working an barely ever is out of work."

"I don't have any children of my own, but if I did I would never send them here. I just saw two adults manhandle a screaming child onto a bus at the park. The poor kid was trying to explain his point of view of the situation, but the woman carrying him just swung him around. These people are the ones parents are entrusting their children to to help nurture and develop them. This poor little guy has just learned the lesson that it is ok to overpower those who are weaker and more vulnerable than him. Not impressed!"

"Take your kids to other place, they don't deserve one star. Teachers over there don't have any experience at all and they are not watching kids. Every time I was picking up my daughter her pants had a big cut and when I asked her teacher, she said I did not see anything, also she was so rude with me and my daughter."

"Terrible. The teachers for the older kids are often better, but allow kids to get bullied and run out of the classrooms. The teachers for the younger kids often "don't know" when you ask anything about their day. They even let kids run out of diapers, wipes, etc before telling a parent that you're low. Often the teachers are borderline neglectful, inattentive, and have no clue. No learning whatsoever is going on. The directors often aren't around where you can discuss the issues, and even then, its always an excuse for the problem as opposed to an actual solution.v"
