Cicis Pizza

"We ordered pizza separate from the buffet to our religious dietary restrictions and decided to eat at a table like we would if we were able to eat at the buffet. Shortly after we started eating, the Spanish lady with the glasses came yelling saying “if you get to go, you can’t eat here” indicating us to leave to which I replied “we will keep that in mind next time however no other cicis has ever told us that and we do this all the time”. She re-iterated that we cannot. Shortly after as we were rushing to scuff down our food after the worker approached us in front of everyone, she was having a fight with another potential customer. Another customer tried to explain to her what the other person that got turned down was trying to say, she started yelling at him too. All in all the environment, cleanliness, service, food all deserved a 0 but unfortunately that’s not an option here. I would like a follow up regarding this by a manager."

"Zero star's... pizza was burnt not fresh at all... pasta was hard...And salad bar warm not cold it was on the warm side...the workers was just sitting at a table talking away not caring... food Poisoning could happen off that salad bar..."

"A staple restaurant visit whenever I'm having service on my vehicle's tires, as it is just a couple buildings away from Discount Tire. What more can really be said about an old school pizza buffet. Not changed or evolved over the years, but that's part of the allure..."

"Arrived 10 minutes after they opened. They only had the salad bar ready and the cashier looked at me like it wasn't her job to take my money and wouldnt walk over for a good 2 minutes. I asked if I should come back later. Tables unkept and Tea was old and almost empty. Bathroom stunk. Considering I was the first to walk into it since opened.... thats bad. I would had left, but I purposely drove 25 minutes just to eat here. 1 star for service was to high of a rating for the over all attitude given."

"It was NOT clean at all!!! Pizza was old. When I asked for fresh pizza, the cook was standing behind the prep area on her phone and would not even acknowledge me. She just turned around and said uh huh. I ordered wings as well when we first got there. After sitting and at least waiting for the wings, because the pizza was so old, the pepperoni on the pizza was curled up and black. I finally was able to get someone's attention about the wings. Yup, they were paid for but never cooked. The best thing about it was the salad, and I was iffy about getting that. If you come across this particular location, please keep driving!! I love cici's pizza. This is by far the worst I've ever stepped foot in."
