The management thinks you’re stealing if you bring a cart in the bathroom with a toddler sitting in it because my toddler won’t stay still so I can pee. They called both managers and came in the bathroom (male) to tell me to come out. Absolutely ridiculous."
"HL is the place to go for true variegated yarn. It is not stripes unless it says so on the wrapper. The yarn is soft and super to crochet hats. It holds its shape and makes up beautifully."

"Still in line. Been standing in line since 8:50 on a Friday afternoon- 25+ minutes. They opened another line but no one that had been in line was given the chance to move over before people that had not been waiting jumped in line. This location is always the same. I avoid this place for this reason."
