"Ordered a dozen 2 ring crab nets Monday - received Wednesday ! They were approx 1/3 to 1/2 price less than other nets online and appear to be about the same quality as others - ok. Wanted something economical to take grands crabbing. Will replace the 3 lines tied to the top ring with stronger line. $4 apiece not bad and customer service was exceptional!"

"I ordered a self-loading tee for my son's birthday. My son has Down syndrome and was crazy-excited to get the gift he helped to choose. The first news was that they couldn't meet the date advertised on the site. The next update was another two weeks. Today, almost a month after the order, I called them and they told me the supplier said they could maybe ship in a week, but had been saying that for three weeks. My recommendation to you is to check status before ordering. If they can't ship immediately, don't listen to the lies. No one can tell if they will ever stop. When I informed them of the pending review, I was told, "That ain't no problem." So, apparently they won't care about your review any more than mine. I'll stop writing now and get with my son to figure out a different, very late birthday present."

"I was unfortunate enough to try and place an order with this company. Basically hear my experiences after about 5 days of waiting on my order invoice shipment number to come in I emailed them and after a couple of days they got back to me and informed me that they canceled my order by mistake and that it was backorderable now since it was no longer in stock. So they've been decided to try and see if I would be interested in reordering with them and hey mistakes happen I get it that being said I inquired if there is anything to make the situation right on my end and their end and they basically inform me that because it would still not be here at this time there's nothing that they could do to better their customer service because I still wouldn't have had it even if it placed properly. then they tried to convince me to reorder with them at full price and everything even though I would now be waiting an extra probably month by the time it would get here versus it being here by the end of the week I urge anyone who is about to use this company or order from them do not. especially if you're using your card because it will just jerk around your finances and false charges all over your card I advise you to just do business with a more reputable and honest and upfront company that isn't more professional than they are which really would not be difficult. the customer not just try and continue to try and get business from that customer without making sure that they have made things right on their end in regards to the mistake that they caused otherwise it's a poor show of business etiquette and quite frankly shows that they really don't care about their customer just about their customers money."

"Man, this place is great !! I've been ordering a bunch of stuff, wooden fish traps, books, DVDs, tshirts, a rope cross... along with other decorative things, and everything is first rate, especially the wooden traps and the videos. Heidi is a real great gal to deal with as well, one of my orders had a minor problem she both called me and emailed me right away, I called Heidi back, she picked up right away and after speaking with her I said to myself I need to get away from the northeast and head to that part of the country !! Seriously though, everything I've been buying has been for decorative and educational purposes as unfortunately - the fish traps are illegal here, but being super interested in how the traps were built and work, I ordered two of them plus the videos. Again, Net and Twine is a pleasure doing business with, I gave them yet another order and I'm sure I'll be ordering from them again soon enough, most likely pond supplies next... It does take a little while to fill out the orders, I assume they are quite busy this time of year [December...] but once shipped the order arrives very fast."
