"The location was hard to get to and not in a very convenient area of town. I had to pick out tile for a small bathroom. After waiting for almost 30 minutes to be helped because there was only two people working and they were helping other customers, tile choices were brought to pick from. Found tiles that were decent enough but not the top choice. Picked out everything and the female employee wrote down everything to the way that it was wanted and even drew a little example of what I was wanting the bathroom to look like. Then when giving the directions to the contractors, the company gave the wrong amounts of tiles and now the bathroom will not be the way that, I the customer, wants it to be because it will take "too long" to order the right tiles(that should have been given to the contractor in the first place). So because the company screwed up, now my bathroom is screwed up. I personally will never use this company again and will do my best to let others know about this screw up to help lead them to someone else."
