"got a smog test 2 months ago & passed & had Tomas Smog electronically send it over to the dmv to complete my registration, then i receive a letter from the dmv stating they never received anything. went in to see what my options were and the owner im assuming was very rude to me. all he could do was give me a copy that he did send it over & i had to go to the dmv. i had no problem with this but i did have a problem with the dirty looks & dismissiveness. wasn’t even in my car for two minutes when he knocks on my window and told me to move my car away from in front of his building. then blocks me from exiting by driving his other customers car in front of mine and honked at me for not being quick enough to move out of his way (& it wasn’t like this man had a line of customers waiting for him either). so incredibly rude"

"Use to come here in the past for my smogs and have usually had no problem. More recently I’ve been having truck problems and worked on issues to get it to pass smog and fix the engine light. After failing here twice and taking my truck to a mechanic multiple times who have told me emissions were good and no check engine light was on, I took it to a shop down the street and passed with flying colors! They are pretty gimmicky and tricky with their payments, they wont do you the favor and letting you know that your car isn’t in proper testing condition before hand. Then still make you pay regardless. Not to mention Mr. Moon is very obviously not excited to be working there, i usually give people the benefit of the doubt but at the end of the day it felt like I was just bothering him. Overall: poor customer service"

"Awesome service... Competitive prices for tires. The only place I will ever buy tires.... Smog station is A+.....I live in riverside and nobody compares to Mr. Moon customer service.....he made a long time customer from me and my family..... Only tire shop that actually washes your rims by hand when buying tires... No body else does that..... No body.... If I can give more stars I would.... And his knowledge of tires are on point"
