Strength meets Mobility:

"I've been a long time customer and I just can't come to this place anymore. On several occasions I've been told a price over the phone only to come in and have them jack up the price. It's always the same issue too, "oh I thought you said something else." This time was over the top and no support on their end either. I called for an issue with my alternator and was told that it would be 800 dollars, already overpriced. When I showed up he said, "oh I thought you said 2014 was the year of your truck," I said no I clearly stated it was a 2012, plus my truck is in their database and he was looking at it as we spoke. So when I showed up the price almost doubled to 1200 dollars, for an alternator. I shopped around and found out that these guys have the highest prices from anywhere. I am now getting it done elsewhere for 450 dollars and this business in yucaipa now has my future service as well. Way to many issues with these guys and being a loyal customer means nothing to them. This was the fourth time I was lied to over the phone."
