"The individual on the phone is rude--interruptive, discounts my questions and concerns, and tends to blame me for my car's problems before the car has even arrived at the shop or been looked at! And I've noticed that Redlands Auto Electric will almost never contact you unless you really push them. Otherwise, if you want to know how the repair is going, you need to call them every time. Even then, they often don't know. Further, they take a very long time to finish a job. One time they did not even start on my car for over a week after I brought it in. They tend to blame me, or something that was done long ago, for the problems my car has--they seldom own it, even when they did it. And they want to charge a lot to fix anything! I'd encourage a different repair shop!"
