"We had the experience of walking into O'Reilly's in Redlands on a pouring rainy Saturday afternoon to purchase some new wipers. We had just left another auto store in the city because we were told that our car needed "special" wipers and they did not carry in stock. Before going to the dealer, we decided to go to O'Reilly's and we're pleasantly met by Sulimon and a big smile. We explained to Sulimon about the wipers and stated that we were told they were special wipers due to how they are affixed to arm and we didn't understand what the other place was talking about. Sulimon looked a bit perplexed by what we were told at the other place so he went to his computer, asked the make and model, year of the car and proceeded to let us know that no special wipers were needed... standard J hook installation and that he had our vehicle's size in stock. But Sulimon wasn't just about selling the wipers, he asked if we had the car there so he could make sure that wipers would fit so we wouldn't have to go back and make a return. Unfortunately we did not and decided to go back and remove the wipers on the car and come back as we were fairly close. Upon returning to the store, Sulimon checked what we brought back and confirmed that the blades he had were the ones we needed. Not only was Sulimon very helpful but also offered to install the new ones. The purpose of the long story above is to express what customer service is that goes above and beyond... going that extra few steps to insure that the customer is taken care of, which we do not often find or give recognition to. Therefore, we wanted to thank Sulimon publicly and hope that his manager/supervisor reads this review and sees what a great team player they have. Sulimon to you we say, continue to do what you do... it will take you to great places in life. Thank you for helping us out with the wipers and though many will think that something so small isn't warranted by this review, we beg to differ... it's always the small things that count because when you take care of the small things, you can be confident that the larger things will be taken care of.
