"I bought a gold duralast battery cost me $223.78 with warranty for 3 years I bought it on 8/23/2022 and I went today they ask me for my phone number but they never ask me when I bought it they only scan my rewards card but now they said doesn't show up in the system I told Sam the manager that I paid with my debit card I showed to him the bank statement he said can't do nothing fso they don't respect their own warranty policies he is rude with people no manners at all totally disappointed"

"Went in and asked him to check my battery day immediately drop what they were doing went up to my car Check it with some type of portable machine and don't be that it was average so I told him that a good battery is around 14 and a half and he agreed so I think maybe he just wanted to sell me a new battery but I appreciate him coming out and checking my battery for free five stars to AutoZone Redlands"

"Came here 3 days ago to buy a new battery, ended up paying $208 dollars. Cesar installed it, and it ended up being a bad battery. Now they don’t wanna replace it. Don’t come here. The manager Daniel is very rude and disrespectful."
