"Be careful using your credit card. This is the only place that make a copy of your credit card, and get the pin, and get your address. So what's the concern. Mysterious charge appears on my credit card. I call some of the vendor and they have my address and the pin down. Just the items were sent to different address. I back track and this was the only place that took down all that info and made a copy. It also matched that 4 days after ordering, those mysterious charges appear. I'm not saying the company is at fault, but you can't have an antiquated system to still copy the credit card."
"I tried to return a pair of tire cables, brand new in the box, never opened. Art at the counter told me that they are a non-returnable item. There is no mention of them being non-refundable on the invoice. They never mentioned to me that they can't be returned when I bought them. When I spoke to the manager he basically just told me that if I walk into any auto store and I would get the same response as if I should've known. The only suggestion they could give me was to try to sell them on Craigslist. Are you kidding me?? I am now stuck with a pair of tire cables that cost $170 and have no use for them."
