"If you are a female, stay away!!! He had my car for 5 months.. every week, he claimed it was going to be done ... my fault for believing him. When I finally had enough and went to get my car, the body was in horrible condition, scratches and dents everywhere. Cigarette smell in my car and other car parts. And to top it off, my car does not run . Thanks to him I have to trash the car. He caused more damage than the car would be to repair. Roughly around 10k on repairs are needed because of him. I gave it to him running and received it with no power, not running or anything. It's my fault, I know, but I paid him half upfront. So I basically gave him 2k to destroy my car. (Again, my fault for giving money up front). He refused to give me my money back, saying he doesn't have it, and he there is no way I'm getting it back. Not to mention, he went through my glove box, got my personal number (I gave him my dads number to avoid this situation), and kept texting me inappropriate things.. saying he was "lonely from his divorce and needed friends." Just one example of the inappropriate things. Once I shut him down, he stopped working on my car. He had multiple phone numbers, and he would try to contact me from different hours. It was so unprofessional and quite frankly scary. And to top it off when I got my car back via tow truck because it does not run he asked to come to my house to fix my car!!! The tow truck driver even commented on how creepy this man was. Thanks to him I have to trash the car. He cause more problems than what I brought it in with."
