He diagnosed the problem on my 5th generation Kirby, gave me options for the needed repairs and a quote-saying if anything was different he would call me. He was 100% accurate in his diagnosis and called me when the work was complete at a very fair price. I have a guitar that has needed repair for years, but most luthiers told me either it couldn’t be done or if it could the repair would far exceed the value of the guitar. Not only was Mike knowledgeable about the specific issue with my guitar, he has done multiple repairs just like it. My next stop is to drop the guitar off for him to see it first hand.
