"Rite Aid sucks Iwill taking my business to Walgreens for now on. I went through the pharmacy drive thru to see if my prescription was ready, no prescription was ready, my legs was hurting so bad, I asked the pharmacist, if he can get me some leg cramp medicine, and he said, no, I had to come inside and I told him my legs is hurting and he still denied me. But when I went to Walgreens, they gave me the medicine through the drive through, make it make sense, Rite Aid sucks, and they have no respect for any body."

"Rite Aid Pharmacy is mismanaged and undependable. My husband is still waiting for a refill he called for in February. They tell you that a certain med is due for a refill and when you ask for it they tell you it is out of stock. It took over a week for him to get his needles for his diabetic med injection. We are having our meds transferred to another pharmacy which is not Rite Aid."

"I just left the rite aid pharmacy drive-thru and Jennifer has a bad attitude. Jennifer if you don't like your job you need to quit. A manager needs to address Jennifer's bad attitude. I have never had a problem before usually the pharmacists are nice. Jennifer just messed that up today"

"I decided to come here after Walgreens was never there and would close randomly all the time ! I can not express what a change of environment this pharmacy is . From the staff to the pharmacist himself . This pharmacist was literally heaven sent to me . I recommend anyone and everyone who prefers better quality of service and environment. That you Rite Aid pharmacy for being absolutely amazing and continuing to help my family in a time of need ."
