Walgreens

"Had an allergy attack last Wednesday and had to stop by to pick up my medicine from the pharmacy and it was my first time being prescribed an epi pen. The doctor at the hospital told me the pharmacist would give me instructions on how to use it so I made my way to the drive thru of this Walgreens. The pharmacist was this Asian man probably in his 40’s or 50’s in a really bad attitude. He literally just threw my medicine into the the box and turned his back. Didn’t say a word or give me any instructions on how I should take my medicine. As a pharmacist that was very unethical and unprofessional. He ignored me after I was waving at home in the drive thru hoping he will give me instructions and pretended I wasn’t there. I will be contacting higher ups to report this man because that was very unethical."

"Horrible customer service for there pharmacy department. My husband called to see when his perscription would be ready they told him by 7:05pm. He never received a text saying it was ready so he went in there to see why if it was ready and they told him they don't take our insurance and it's too late to transfer the Perscription. Why couldn't you have told us that over the phone when we first called! These people are a joke and don't know which way is up"
