"Everytime I go to this walmart, at least 1 employee is rude to me or something strange happens. I was at Walmart recently with my girlfriend (we are both in our mid 20s), I. Bought a small bottle of whiskey and they asked for her ID. I've bought alot of alcohol from this walmart mutiple times with my girlfriend aND they have never asked for her ID. I asked the cashier "when did this policy happen?" She told that it has always been a policy and immediate got the attention of a manager to confirm this. And the manager acted like they were going to do me a huge favor by "letting it go this time" but since then, they have never asked for her ID again. Also, I have bought clothing and when it will be different price at the register than the shelves, and when I tell the cashiers about the price discrepancies they just tell me "I'm sorry, but this is the price". Not to mean the few times I've called the money center to ask a simple question. I called and asked "is your money center open?" And the lady told me "our center is open, but our money machine is down." I then told her "I do not understand what that means" she then sighed strongly implying she was frustrated with me not understanding what a money machine is. After her sigh of frustration she told me she was going to transfer me to customer service, which she did. When they asked me what I needed help with. I told then I just was curious if I could pick up money, which she then transferred me back to the money center. Lol. I mean everyone hates their job come on guys. But when half of your staff is "having a bad day" therr is something wrong with the management styles."
