"I had to return a pair of Nike shoes I had ordered for my husband for Christmas with a customer service representative. She said she copied the order from my online order that kept getting cancelled. Nope she didn't copy it right. They came as a size 8 regular spray instead of a 8 wide. The customer service desk inside of Kohl's said she couldn't do an even exchange without My receipt. I told her I never got a receipt from the customer service representative over the phone. Finally after 10 minutes the customer service desk was able to do my exchange. There was no way I was going to pay the difference for the shoes"

"Great service and they now have plenty of carts for us old folks to put our things in and lean on/balance. Great new friendliness, cleanliness and quick check out. When it got really crowded, they called people to help check out! This is the week before Christmas! Way to go Kohl's!"
