"Horrible customer service. Workers just walking around doing nothing when people need help, even when people are obviously looking around for help. I can understand if they’re busy, but there was several workers just walking around. First Best Buy that I’ve had such an experience."

"We went in to buy a Samsung tv and already know the model needed. Requested help two times, the answer was always, we will be there in 1 minute. Waited for a very long time, no one showed up. Went back and asked again, this time with Diana who claimed later to be the store manager. She told me then that there is a queue, which no one mentioned before, and she does not even know where I stand in the queue. Asked how long am I going to be waiting, she said I don’t know and it depends, I asked her to confirm with employees and check, she said she does not need to ask, I insisted she asks, she went and asked the question to one representative and she answered the question for him “ you don’t know right?” In a very rude way. I then requested for her name and wrote it for myself to remember to write this review, I could see her attitude changed and she immediately requested “Gireldo” to help. Girledo came and helped, he went to get the cart and helped us buy it and load it, the whole process took one hour, most of it was spent waiting. So sad to see Best Buy have rude people such as Diana in his staff who is clearly not able to serve customers. The only reason I bought the tv was because I promised my kids to get it today, but they have ruined the whole experience for us, and stole the happiness from us!"

"Had an amazing experience tonight. Jae Alleyne @ the Mira Mesa store is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We were unsure and not decided on a TV but he hands down went above and beyond and helped us pick the TV perfect for us and our home. We will recommend going to this particular best buy and asking for Jae."
