"The manager was rude. Our friend wore pants to cash register due to emergancy situation and wanted to pay at register. The manager told my friend to purchase and then put on. We purchased but it was rude of him to get mad at us for the order of the purchase put on. I let him know Nordstrom’s lets everyone do it that way he said this isn’t Nordstrom. He was just talking back and rude"

"This is the worst Kohl's store in the area. I have been living here in Pleasanton since 2008 and my experience had been not so bad but gradually it has become worse. I noticed there are so many south indian ladies working here who has ruined the culture and customer experience. They are extremely rude, they don't apply discounts to items on purpose even though they are aware of it, and they all communicate in their own language in front of the customers. What makes it worse is that the store manager is South Indian and hires friends and family so basically a lot of nepotism. I suggest going the extra distance to the Livermore Kohl's which was an extremely pleasant experience compared to this one. I believe a thorough investigation on ethical behavior and customer service needs to be initiated at this location because this staff is simply ruining the Kohl's brand."

"Today I visited the store to drop off some amazon returns, the woman was rude, mean looking and obviously hating her job then why work here?! Again, I understand there's lots of people returning amazon items like me but this thinner india woman with nose ring was cold and stoned faced.
