"Last 2-3 weeks ago, I came to the store for a blazer. I saw the whole rack with blazer only, no top. But the whole rack had a sign of "Top- buy one get one 50%off". I checked with a guy I think he is a manager. He talked to me as I'm stupid. "It's not on sale, do you see the sign only for TOP? Do you know what's TOP?". Excuses me, your whole rack have no TOP at all. Is it your false when placing a wrong sign? Or my stupid of knowledge?"
"Horrible experience! Waited 25 minute in line. Without any acknowledgment that I was standing there. I asked politely if I can quickly check out since the customer that they were helping went back on the floor to locate other items, I only had one thing I wanted to buy. The older lady behind the register very rudely said NO!! That she was already into the transaction... didn’t offer to jump on another register to quickly get me on my way. Horrible customer service!"
