"Do NOT take your car there for ANY mechanical repairs. The radiator on our car needed replacing. First, they couldn't find the correct part. Our car is a diesel Volkswagen. Simple right? Order the part directly from Volkswagen. Not so easy. They couldn't figure out there's two radiators: one for the coolant system and the other for the diesel system. Being a "mechanic" you should've realized that. We waited for over a week for someone to figure it out and get the correct part. We got the call that our car was finally ready. We pick it up and 3 weeks later, the car started overheating again. This time we took it back to Volkswagen and here's where the story gets uglier: the radiator they put it ISN'T the right one for our car. Instead of getting the part our car needed, they put in whatever radiator they could find with ZIP TIES holding it in place. They didn't use the mounting brackets because it doesn't fit!!!!! Now, our car needs nearly $4,000 in repairs due to their negligence and dishonesty. I'm disabled and my husband is a disabled Veteran and we live on fixed incomes. We haven't even owned the car for a year. They charged us $600 for the "repairs" that they fraudulently claimed to have done. Just disgraceful. Karma is real and they'll have their day."
